Head of Sales — Scale Revenue, Lead a High-Impact Team (LA)

Vast.ai is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales in Los Angeles to lead and scale our GPU marketplace revenue engine. You will coach two quota-bearing reps, shape team structure over 12–18 months, and drive a repeatable go-to-market system that aligns with product and roadmap.

You will own sales operations, forecast accuracy, and the incentive model while partnering with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to accelerate growth. This is a hands-on, player-manager role onsite in Westwood.
