Lumos Networks is seeking a full-time Network Support Specialist I to serve as the first line of technical support for residential and small business customers. You’ll troubleshoot issues across Voice, Data, Security, and Video services and gain hands-on experience with IPTV, POTS, DSL, and fiber-to-the-premises broadband. This remote role includes in-person training at High Point, NC. You’ll help manage escalations, monitor service performance, document all interactions, and support internal #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumos Networks
