Lead Member Service Representative

Position SummaryAs a Lead Member Service Representative, you will open new accounts and IRAs, loan maintenance and processing, and conduct teller transactions. You will act as the manager in charge in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will train and oversee member service representatives and teller staff (as assigned). Answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure members are promptly and professionally served. Actively cross sell credit union services. Act as a member service representative and/or teller as needed.Work ScheduleThis is a 40-hour per week, full-time position, with rotating Saturdays.
