Executive Assistant (Part Time)

Executive Administrative Assistant PositionWe are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will consult and assist company's executives on a range of secretarial and administrative tasks. Your duties will include working on a one-to-one basis and perform assignments related to executive's working life and communication. We expect you to be competent, organized and able to fulfill your tasks in a timely manner.Executive Administrative Assistant responsibilities are:Create and maintain an efficient documentation and filing systemOrganize efficient contact between the executives' and company's clientsAdminister calls, messages and daily correspondenceAttend events as assigned, taking dictation and minutes and keeping the corresponding dataArrange meetings, appointments and travels, providing remindersHandle requests and queries appropriatelyReview office supplies and build relations with suppliersPrepare reports, presentations and briefsExecutive Administrative Assistant requirements are:3+ years' experience of working on an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or other relevant positionSolid experience with office management systems and proceduresProficiency in English and in-depth knowledge of MS OfficeStrong planning and time management skills, with an ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood knowledge of latest trends in office gadgets and applicationsReliability, discretion and confidentialityHigh School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant will be a bonus
