About Front Line Mobile Health At Front Line, we are a Veteran-Owned company who is leveraging our military experience to develop relevant health and wellness programs for Public Safety organizations that address the three leading causes of death - cardiovascular disease, cancer and suicide. As an Operations Manager, you are a key player in delivering exceptional healthcare services to those who serve our communities. Your role as a Regional Operations Manager directly supports this long-term vision by ensuring that every operation is executed with precision, adaptability, and excellence. Lead From the Front Roles and Responsibilities for Operations Manager The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing operations within a designated geographical area (Fort Worth, Texas). They oversee short-term and long-term operational planning, ensuring the seamless execution of services. They act as the primary link between frontline teams, leadership, and customer departments while maintaining strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and compliance. This guide outlines the roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and alignment with our company's mission and operational standards. 1. Strategic Planning and Execution Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives and regional demands when structuring the Long-Range Calendar. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational effectiveness. Ensure contingency plans are in place to address last-minute scheduling changes, equipment issues, or personnel shortages. 2. Customer Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations in their designated region once an approved OPORD is published. Maintain consistent and proactive communication with department leadership regarding operational updates, changes, and requirements. Lead pre-deployment huddles before each operation to align all personnel on roles, expectations, and department policies. Provide real-time updates to leadership regarding operational execution, delays, or customer concerns. Conduct post-event engagement with department heads to collect feedback and improve future service delivery. 3. Team Leadership & Personnel Management Directly oversee regional operations and clinical teams, ensuring all personnel are assigned efficiently and prepared for operations. Manage team performance through coaching, mentorship, training and fostering continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess individual and team effectiveness, providing feedback and development plans where needed. Review and approve timecards and time-off requests to ensure proper staffing coverage. Ensure operational personnel are aligned with company expectations, policies, and customer requirements. Work with leadership to address staffing gaps and implement corrective actions when necessary. 4. Operational Oversight & Compliance Ensure all scheduling, planning, and execution follow company-approved processes and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and department agreements to maintain operational integrity. Monitor patient flow efficiency, ensuring events remain on schedule and optimize throughput. Track and enforce compliance with critical communication protocols per the clients' requirements. 5. Logistics & Resource Management Oversee the movement and deployment of equipment and personnel to ensure smooth execution of operations. Ensure timely inventory tracking and burn rate reporting, submitting supply requests to the G-4 as needed. Maintain accurate equipment readiness records to prevent service disruptions due to failures or shortages. Ensure all operational data and reports are accurately recorded in Front Line's systems of record (ClickUp & Sequoia). 6. Financial Oversight Manage regional operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices while meeting service expectations. Monitor travel, logistics, and personnel expenses, making necessary adjustments to align with financial objectives. Provide budgetary insights and financial reports to leadership, offering recommendations for cost optimization. 7. Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring Conduct post-event debriefs with internal teams to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Review and integrate feedback from Department After Action Reports (AARs), Internal AARs, and Patient AARs to refine service quality. Implement process improvements that enhance scheduling, resource utilization, and patient flow efficiency. 8. Flexibility & Adaptability Respond quickly to last-minute changes, customer-driven modifications, and logistical challenges to prevent operational disruptions. Adjust operational plans in real-time based on field conditions and leadership directives. Foster a proactive and adaptable team culture, ensuring personnel are prepared to handle dynamic operational environments. What you'll need... Prior military, first responder or medical experience preferred Proven experience in management and strategic planning Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives Supervisory experience with a track record of fostering team growth and performance. Willingness to travel within your assigned region. Self-guided and autonomous operator able to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing, cross-functional team environment. Proactive in nature and driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines.
