This position is in Cargills food ingredients and bio-industrial business, where we anticipate trends around taste, nutrition and safety to innovate and provide solutions to manufacturers, retailers and foodservice companies./ph3Job Purpose and Impact/h3pJob Type: Full Time Compensation: $30.27/hr being increased to $31.27/hr after 120 days probation period Shift Available: 12 hours Night rotating shift/ppPrincipal Accountabilities:/pulliOperate all equipment that is associated with hydrogenation, wastewater sampling, and tank farm/liliEnsure that the equipment is fully operational and in good repair. Also troubleshoot problems as required/liliGather samples as required and conduct analytical testing associated with assigned processes/liliComplete all operating logs and record any required information/liliAssist truck drivers as necessary with loading or unloading materials or chemicals/liliAssist other refinery and plant personnel as needed and will perform any other duty as requested by the production supervisor/liliUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations/liliMaintaining a safe and clean work environment/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliRight to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer/liliBe 18 years or older/liliAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)/liliAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation/liliAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator/liliBasic computer skills/liliAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, 12 hours shifts or different shifts with advance notice/liliAbility to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment/liliAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)/liliAbility to work in confined spaces/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliHigh School diploma or GED equivalent/liliExperience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word/liliExperience with inventory systems/liliPrior experience in production related work/li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet/p/div
