Job Title: Support Engineering Support Maintenance Analyst 2

Location: Seattle, WA - Onsite

Salary Range: $40 to $45/hr on w2
Contract Duration : 6+ months with possibility to extension
Introduction

BGS Supply Engineering is seeking a Support Maintenance Analyst to join our Quick Engine Change (QEC) team. You'll collaborate closely with Engine Build Shop, Supplier Management, Program Management, Finance, and Engineering to define configurations and to support QEC kit delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Related work experience.
• Willing to work overtime as needed to support program and deliveries.
• Ability to apply existing skills, learn post-production kit planning and contribute with minimum supervision.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, repair, and maintenance operations.
• Experience with aircraft engines.
• Experience with REDARS, STEPS, SAP, BRIDGE, WIRS, My *** Fleet.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Master Bill of Materials (BOM) to define QEC kit configuration for each model.
• Assist with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Assist in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
• Set up & review customer sales orders and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Assist in the review, maintenance, and monitoring of internal documents.
• Work closely with supplier management, logistics specialists, and purchase agents to coordinate part acquisition.
