This role combines strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality implementations that align with client business objectives.Your role will lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across multiple modules and business domains. Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet client-specific needs. Oversee data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency. Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.Your skills and experience include 10-15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership. Deep expertise in PTC Windchill products including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools. Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440/Year.
