**Required Experience and Skills:** - Critical Care experience is a must - PreOp experience is a plus - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area - Excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team - Good critical thinking skills - BCMA, excellent documentation **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Procedures: large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement, Transport patient to OR, assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep
