Salary: $110,726.4 - 131,726.4 per year Requirements:
- We bring 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- We have strong expertise in Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne SOA Integration.
- We have a proven background in incident and problem management within complex enterprise environments.
- We demonstrate excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
- Preferred: we have prior experience in Application Managed Services (AMS) environments.
- Preferred: we have a background supporting technology platforms in the Health & Life Sciences sector.
- We hold a bachelors degree.
- We provide SME-level technical support and resolve issues for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems.
- We create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) and maintain technical knowledge base documentation.
- We partner with vendor teams and service management leads to identify root causes and help prevent service interruptions.
- We proactively monitor system health and apply integration best practices across enterprise workflows.

We are part of a Health & Life Sciences technology services team supporting an enterprise client base. This is a telecommute contract opportunity with standard work hours from 8am to 5pm.
