Burger King

The Phoenix Organization runs Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants . We are currently hiring crew members for multiple restaurants in the area! As a Crew Member, you'll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately in our fast food restaurants and look forward to meeting with you!

Responsibilities:

Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills
Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them.
Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
Work well with other team members and restaurant manager. Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player
Other responsibilities may include server, cashier, food service/prep, kitchen cook.

Qualifications:

Able to learn and adapt
Strong math skills - making correct change when at the register
Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
Able to take initiative
16 years or older (teens welcome)
Be able to work in a fast-paced fast food restaurant environment
Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork
