Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse passionate about providing exceptional post-anesthesia care? We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to lead the way in our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe and comfortable recoveries for surgical patients, working with a dynamic team committed to excellence. What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in perioperative or PACU settings
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications from the American Heart Association and Crisis Prevention Institute
• Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt care to diverse patient populations with sensitivity and professionalism

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Experience with interdisciplinary team leadership or mentoring
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience working in fast-paced hospital environments

Additional Requirements:

• This is a day shift position (8 hours)
• Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to work in a healthcare setting with exposure to infectious materials and hazardous medications
