Who is Ellie?

Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and telehealth. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing quality mental health care and who want to thrive and succeed in a unique culture that emphasizes our core values.

Autonomy to create your own schedule to support a healthy work/life balance (you control your schedule – ya know, the way it should be!) Flexibility to see clients in person and via telehealth. Consultation and training to expand your clinical caseload. Clinical licensure supervision and Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team. A FUN AND ENJOYABLE PLACE TO WORK! What your role entails: Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans. Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR. A minimum of 31 client sessions scheduled per week, to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)! Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care. Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach. Community involvement and engagement. A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well! Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;) Required Qualifications Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates should have 1 year of experience and a clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA) Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms Ability to pass a background check.
