Moss Roofing is expanding in the Cincinnati market, and we're looking for a Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, customer care, and doing things the right way, Moss Roofing gives you the opportunity to represent a trusted brand while taking control of your income and career growth. What We Offer:

- Some leads will be provided, additional lead generation needed
What You'll Do:
- Work provided leads as well as door-to-door lead generation and canvassing in Cincinnati-area neighborhoods
- Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on storm damage and solutions
- Assist customers through the insurance claim process professionally
- Attend adjuster appointments and install days
- Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
- Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads
