Concierge

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment that enhances the quality of life for residents in an assisted living community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
• Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, dining)
• Maintain accurate logs and records (e.g., visitor sign-in, package deliveries, resident requests)
• Support event coordination and community programming as needed
• Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
• Uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all time

Minimum Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

Minimum Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare

Additional Qualifications: (Preferred qualifications)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards is a plus
