Practice Support Specialist

A respected law firm is seeking a Practice Support Specialist with 3+ years of litigation experience to support a busy Health Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence
Manage court filings, case deadlines, and attorney calendars
Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, and travel
Process invoices and expenses
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case management and high-quality client service

Qualifications

3+ years of litigation legal support experience
Strong knowledge of court procedures and e-filing
Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in health law or medical malpractice is a plus
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred
