Warehouse Associate – 1st ShiftLocation: Oklahoma City, OK Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $15.00Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift supports daily warehouse and distribution operations by accurately fulfilling orders, handling inventory, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Core Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using pick tickets or RF scannersVerify item numbers, quantities, and condition for accuracyReceive, sort, and store inventory according to warehouse proceduresAssist with inventory counts and stock replenishmentInspect products for damage or quality issues and report discrepanciesOperate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus)Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areasFollow all safety, quality, and productivity standardsWork with team members to meet daily production goalsRequired Qualifications:Previous warehouse or distribution experience requiredExperience with order pulling, packing, labeling, or inventory handlingAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentReliable attendance and punctuality for early morning shiftsBasic computer or RF scanner experience preferredForklift certification or experience is a plus (not required)Schedule & Availability Requirements:Must be available to work 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PMMust be able to work scheduled shifts consistentlyMust be open to overtime as neededWork Environment: Warehouse/distribution center setting Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift Temperature may vary by departmentWhy This Role? 40 immediate openings Consistent 1st shift schedule Long-term opportunity for dependable candidates MUST not have worked at Hobby Lobby before
