LPL is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Investment Research department. This individual will play a key role in our Outsourced Chief Investment Officer program and will be relied on for investment analysis, investment manager research and monitoring, risk analysis, and asset allocation. The analyst will work with LPL advisors to help develop investment models, determine equity and fixed income allocations, and create client-facing communications.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to model portfolio decision making and management as a member of the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer program.
• Monitor, interpret, and enhance analytic data on model risk, positioning, factor exposures, and expected forward-looking behavior for a diverse range of multi-asset portfolios.
• Support the process of monitoring, maintaining, and proposing trade considerations and help find efficiencies to help streamline execution.
• Be an active participant in client meetings and communications to explain investment model allocations, trades, and positioning rationales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in multi-asset investment research

Core Competencies:

• Superior verbal and written communication skills including an ability to cogently explain portfolio management principles, positioning, and trade decisions to LPL clients
• Robust analytic skills and the ability to critically evaluate data

Pay Range:

$97,026.00 - $161,710.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
