Position: Remote Appointment Setter

Island Grad Inc is a leading provider of career guidance and job search assistance for recent college graduates. Our team is dedicated to helping young professionals kickstart their careers and find fulfilling employment opportunities. We are a remote company, with team members located across the United States.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our career advisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various methods, such as phone calls, emails, and social media, to reach out to potential clients and schedule appointments for our career advisors
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails to meet weekly appointment setting goals
- Keep accurate records of all communication and appointments scheduled
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for reaching target clients
- Stay up to date on company services and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential clients to encourage future business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Contract Details: This is a full-time or part time, remote position with a contract of 20-40 hours per week. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work from any location within the United States. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
