Material Handler

We're hiring a Material Handler / Pre-Weigher to support manufacturing operations by pulling, weighing, and staging raw materials for production. This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Functions

• Pull and stage raw materials for production batches
• Accurately weigh and label materials
• Restock and organize inventory
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and material movement
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment

Additional Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Chemical handling or batch preparation experience
• GMP experience preferred

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility supporting production operations. This role requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift. PPE is required, and employees regularly work around dust, noise, and changing temperatures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
