What You’ll Do

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures involving adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases with neurological monitoring.
• Perform spinal and infiltration anesthesia as required.
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiology and surgical teams in a hospital setting.
• Document all procedures in Epic EMR for accurate records.
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation when needed.
• Maintain patient safety and compliance with hospital standards across all perioperative phases.

What You Need

• Valid CRNA license
• At least 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong skills in airway management, neurosurgical procedure support, and collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a supervised role

About the Assignment

Join a respected hospital located in Jackson, MI, operating within a Level II Trauma Center environment. The facility provides care across a broad patient demographic, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with approximately 50 surgical cases daily. The anesthesia team focuses on general surgical and neurosurgical procedures, with scheduled shifts that avoid on-call duties, allowing for work-life balance.
