What You’ll Do:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures across pediatric and adult patients
• Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, managing neurological status
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia
• Monitor ventilation and respiratory status throughout surgeries
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a team-based environment
• Manage patient monitoring pre-, intra-, and post-operation
• Document using Epic EMR system following hospital policies
• Ensure safety standards and procedural compliance
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation when needed
• Contribute to a scheduled, no on-call work environment

What You Need:

• Active CRNA license in Michigan
• Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• Strong understanding of anesthesia procedures and patient safety
• Ability to work independently within a team setting
