Senior Business Systems Analyst

Abbott seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Office of Ethics and Compliance division across multiple U.S. locations. The role involves designing Power BI analytics, managing data governance, implementing technology solutions, and providing IT security training to support internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust Power BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
- Document new and existing workflows to ensure operational clarity and business continuity
- Create technical documentation and deliver cross-training on security practices and IT compliance
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve internal processes and systems
- Provide project support, project management, and guidance to Office of Ethics and Compliance staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT
- 4+ years of experience in related field
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, governance, and dashboards
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
