Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Evenings)

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and barriers. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Works in a safety-sensitive environment requiring constant alertness.
