Concept Designer- Retail

Job Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key player in the concept and creation of visually compelling marketing that supports critical brand projects reinventing the customer experience. Key responsibilities include inspiration gathering, conceptual design ideation, digital and physical presentation-building and assisting in design production. They will collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to bring the vision to life. Responsibilities Inspiration gathering/mood board creation to help influence marketing approach Digital and physical presentation building in preparation for key leadership reviews Assisting in design production tasks and art release to ensure seamless marketing execution. Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant conceptual design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principles Demonstrated ability to present multiple unique solutions, each with their own purpose Experience in retail marketing & trends a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
