Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health Case Info The patient is a 6 year old female with a G-tube. She is mobile, verbal, and full of energy. Her primary diagnosis is Chronic Lung Disease and Severe Asthma. She loves being outside, going for walks, dancing, and singing. APT by Bruno Mars, Golden from KPOP Demon Hunter and Bloody Mary by Lady Gaga are some of her favorite songs.
