Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with a welcoming and professional residential environment. Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
