Digital Marketing Intern

Support the Digital Marketing team in planning, executing and measuring digital marketing initiatives across Midmark business units. The intern contributes to website content updates, campaign and UTM tracking, QR-code creation, search visibility research, competitor research and digital analytics. This role provides hands-on experience with midmark.com, shop.midmark.com, digital marketing platforms and data tools while helping improve campaign execution, reporting and the customer experience.

Essential/Primary Duties:

• Create and maintain QR codes for campaigns, print materials, events and other marketing needs across all business units.
• Assist with updates to midmark.com pages, including content, calls to action, links, imagery coordination and basic quality-assurance checks.
• Create and manage UTM parameters and campaign-tracking documentation to support consistent measurement across paid, email, social, web and other digital channels.
• Support digital campaign setup and execution by coordinating content, tracking requirements, and email marketing with internal marketing teammates.
• Assist with SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO) and keyword research, including identifying content opportunities and organizing findings for the marketing team.
• Conduct high-level competitor and market research on digital experiences, search visibility, content, campaigns and conversion approaches; summarize key findings and recommendations.
• Pull, clean, organize and maintain data sets from digital analytics and marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, marketing automation tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with ad hoc reports, charts and presentation materials that communicate website, campaign and audience performance.
• Help with website testing and troubleshooting by documenting issues, validating page updates and helping improve the site experience.
• Learn and apply new digital marketing trends, analytics and reporting tools to support team priorities and special projects.

Secondary Duties:

• Support coordination of marketing meetings, project updates and follow-up documentation as needed.
• Assist with presentation materials, research summaries and other marketing team projects.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication/Digital Design, Finance, or a related field.
