General Labor- Night Shift- Contract to Hire

General Labor Shift: Night Shift (4:30PM-4:30AM, Sunday PM- Friday AM) We’re seeking reliable and safety-focused General Labor to support fabrication, material handling, and production operations. This hands-on role assists welding, cutting, coating, and shipping teams to keep shop operations running efficiently. What You’ll Do Load, unload, stage, and organize steel materials and assemblies Support welding and fabrication teams with material staging and preparation Sort tubing, rebar, plate, and fabricated components for production Assist with coating, finishing, and shipping operations Perform shop housekeeping and basic facility maintenance Follow all safety procedures and production instructions Work with team members to meet daily production goals What You Bring Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to learn new skills and support multiple departments Reliable attendance and strong dependability Ability to work independently and collaboratively Education & Experience Required: High school diploma or GED; ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift; ability to work safely around heavy equipment and moving materials; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred: Previous manufacturing, welding, or fabrication experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC
