Physical Therapist Kinesiology Exercise Science Stretch Professional

Position Overview StretchLab is seeking Physical Therapist, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science professionals to join as Flexologists. This role offers the opportunity to work in a cutting‑edge assisted‑stretching modality. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and guide group stretch classes for up to six clients. Encourage and motivate clients, using empathy as a key skill. Build and retain membership through sales and outreach. Maintain client notes, schedule recurring appointments, and ensure a best‑in‑class stretching experience. Ensure client safety by applying proper techniques and enforcing StretchLab policies. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations. Handle member concerns when applicable. Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed. Maintain a strong social media presence to support membership and retention. Clean and maintain all equipment. Qualifications Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, or similar. Experience providing hands‑on training in a fitness/health environment. Fitness certification required. Ability to create an inclusive environment that welcomes all people. Excellent communication skills and empathy. Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies. Availability to complete the 2‑day Flexologist Training Program™ (20 hours online + 2 days in‑person).
