IT Program Manager III

Introduction

This role involves supporting oversight, documentation, and communications around Global Technology Model Governance (GTMG) deliverables. The candidate will connect with GTMG leaders to understand takeaways and manage progress against work. The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated subject matter knowledge in technology and/or technology governance
• Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience
• Executive level communication skills
• Experience as a tech writer (drafting procedures, processes, documentation)
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution
• Risk management or issues management experience
• Degree or certification in compliance, risk management, business, or communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-organized and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify, resolve, or escalate issues to ensure program timelines are met
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others in different locations
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Global Technology organization
• Business Process Management, Audit, Risk, or Controls experience
• Recent experience in a Risk & Control environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and maintain model documentation, tracking, reporting, and ongoing compliance with policies
• Drive the model risk strategy through monitoring and oversight of inventory
• Support driving solutions across GT divisions to optimize performance and monitor risks
• Review Model Risk Management requirements and incorporate them into internal procedures
• Drive solutions for self-identification of risks and control gaps
• Capture expectations of deliverables and build a project plan with timelines
• Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery
• Understand, document, and track progress for governance and control requirements
• Assess ongoing monitoring plans and identify gaps
• Review and provide rationalization to support standards
• Translate technical summaries into executive-ready updates
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
• Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
