Position Overview
Provides operational support for load planning activities by organizing shipment schedules, updating records, and helping maintain dispatch efficiency. Experienced candidates may contribute to process improvement recommendations.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning freight schedules
Enter shipment information into tracking systems
Monitor progress of assigned loads
Maintain organized dispatch files and logs
Report delays or scheduling conflicts
Support daily operational coordination
Help ensure procedures are followed consistently

Qualifications

Good communication skills
Comfortable using computers and online systems
Strong attention to detail
Reliable time management skills
Ability to stay organized under deadlines
Process-oriented mindset
Experience is optional

Work Environment
Operations-focused workflow centered on planning, shipment visibility, communication, and structured daily tasks within transportation support functions.
