We’re hiring a Project Management Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. To coordinate communication between all areas involved in various projects, including the opening of new markets across the nation as well as facilitate updates of existing market information in all systems of record. Primary Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day details of some of the executive staff, including but not limited to: calendars, flights schedules and messages. Assist Executive Project Managers with duties relating to individual projects as needed. Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments as projects require. Schedule daily/weekly check-ins with EPM’s to make sure tasks are assigned and completed as needed. Monitor new market process through all stages of planning, development and execution Update appropriate areas when action is required Maintain pulse on status of each new market to move through the communication process Promptly respond to and resolve inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications surrounding market status information or specific details Develop new strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience. Education and Experience : 3–4 years of professional experience Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
