Travel RN - Med/Surg

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position at a hospital in North Carolina, with telemetry exposure and AHA-certified BLS/ACLS required.

Job Details

• Medical/Surgical unit within a hospital setting,
• Unit functions as a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit with dedicated Telemetry Technicians managing monitoring separately,
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM,
• Some weekend and holiday coverage required,
• EMR: MEDITECH (prior experience not required),

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact license currently recognized in NC,
• Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required,
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school required,
• Minimum of 1 year of current, relevant RN experience required,
• IV insertion skills required,
• 2 years of experience preferred,
• Travel nursing experience preferred,
