Responsibilities Highlighted focus on Tier 1 Service and Financial Service Admin Support Handle unlicensed/clerical activities (not an exhaustive list) Answer the telephone Answer billing questions Respond to customer requests Scan and attach documents to customer accounts Initiate contact with a prospect or customer for the purpose of recording future x-dates or setting appointments to talk with a licensed and authorized producer or be transferred to a licensed and authorized producer.
