Graduate Nurse opportunities at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham!

Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $46 for LPNs and $47 to $53 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay!

About the Role:

As a Graduate Nurse at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident

• Maintaining current resident care plans

• Following physician orders and rendering care as needed

• Documenting comprehensive and complete nursing notes

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic care

• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and colleagues

Education and Requirements:

• Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date

• Can be an LPN or RN

• Must provide documentation from your nursing program showing your graduation date

• Must provide proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
