JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer service representatives (CSR) support the sales of plumbing and commercial trades products for the industry’s highest quality manufacturers. We have been in business since 1981 and not only have a vast customer base, but also a reputation for a high level of product knowledge. We strive to provide a superior level of support to all our valued customers that we have had the honor of doing business with for decades and building new relationships as well.

This position is to include, but not limited to – Our team is required to dress and speak professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues answer the phone, take messages, if necessary, accept and process orders, physically and virtually check inventory, quote price and availability, and above all strive to learn and add value so we can provide the highest level of service to our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Although success does not hinge on a precise background, our best customer service representatives typically have a strong mechanical, sales, math and business acumen. Because the majority of the business will come from relationships and referrals, strong networking and relationship building skills are essential.

Additional requirements:

• Plumbing/mechanical/pump experience preferred
• Computer proficiency required- word, excel, outlook
• Capable of becoming self-directed
• Sales and marketing skills
• Integrity and strong work ethic
• Good math and business skills
• Good communication skills
• Good English (Clear & professional)
