Full Charge Bookkeeper

We're seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to help manage the day-to-day accounting for our growing business. Reporting directly to ownership, you'll keep our books accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and initiate payments

Execute weekly bank transfers as needed

Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries

Serve as backup for credit card entries and receivable collection

Perform bank reconciliations

Handle month-end closings

Post payroll entries via Excel upload

Qualifications

3+ years of bookkeeping experience

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, Sage, QuickBooks)

Understanding of the accounting cycle

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
