This hospital maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery across a range of surgical specialties. The facility operates under a physician medical direction model with a care team consisting of 2 MDs and 8 CRNAs, structured to support coordinated anesthesia care. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Alabama offers a range of notable attractions suited to diverse interests. The state features natural wonders such as Neversink Pit, a vertical drop surrounded by rare flora and waterfalls, and Noccalula Falls, which cascades more than 90 feet into the Black Creek ravine. Clinicians on assignment will also find architectural and cultural points of interest, including the Spectre Set Ruins in Millbrook and Bamahenge, a full-scale fiberglass replica of Stonehenge, along with a variety of museums, caves, monuments, and outdoor spaces distributed across the state.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a 100% medical direction care team model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Alabama, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The surgical case mix includes general surgery, neurological, vascular, obstetric, limited pediatric, orthopedic, urology, and regional anesthesia procedures, with an expected volume of 35 to 40 cases per day. Documentation is completed using paper charts via the HST system. No call coverage is required for this locum tenens assignment.
