This state-of-the-art medical clinic is attached to a regional hospital and a cancer center, offering a modern and well-equipped environment for delivering exceptional patient care. The facility serves a regional service area of approximately 64,000 patients and features strong domiciled clinic partners across multiple specialties, along with advanced technology including EPIC with DAX AI and 24/7 RN-based telephone call coverage.


Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine


Job Details:

• Lead a Care Team utilizing established care processes, working collaboratively with healthcare team members to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care
• Combination of complex inpatient and ambulatory (outpatient) patient care - approximately 80% clinic and 20% hospital work
• Anticipated clinic work schedule Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with post-call day off
• Estimated 16 patients per day
• Primary call rotation of 1 in 8
• Proceduralists welcome - including scopes, stress tests, injections, and more
• Strong specialist support on-site including Pediatrics, Cardiology, Radiology, Addiction Medicine, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine
• Outreach specialty support available including Nephrology, Pulmonary, Neurology, Urology, Rheumatology, Orthotics, Sleep Study, and Orthopedics
• On-site RN-based Anti-Coag, Diabetes, CDM, Hypertension, Nail Care, and Complex Care Management available daily
• 24/7 RN-based telephone call coverage, high-complexity laboratory, and state-of-the-art radiology on-site
• EPIC electronic medical record including DAX AI
• Avel Hospitalist telemedicine evening coverage available

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine required
