Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapeutic services for patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and supporting recovery and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and strategies for ongoing support.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current state or federal occupational therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  
  
• 
  Certification in CPR or basic life support is preferred.
