**Required Licensure:** - Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) **Required Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only - TNCC - NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start) **Preferred Certifications:** - None specified beyond required. **Years of Experience:** - 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume. **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only; this must be indicated on the resume. This is a busy urban trauma center. **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred **Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:** - Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications is required. - Must have demonstrated clinical expertise in their area of responsibility. **Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:** - Stand and walk most of the time on duty. - Lift and push patients on stretchers and in wheelchairs. - Physical demands include push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
