Director Of Nursing (Don)Green Oaks of Park Forest - Park Forest, IL 60466OverviewSalary Range $97,500.00 - $105,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st ShiftDescriptionResponsibilities:Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visitsPerforms wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each residentDelivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residentsEngages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experienceFosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family membersHires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiencesCoordinates the Community's infection control program while maintaining state regulatory complianceDevelop and oversee the Community's medication management programContributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesComplies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident informationQualificationsQualifications:Maintains current state nursing licensure.
