Shuttle Driver

As a shuttle driver at Suncadia Resort, you'll drive the hotel shuttles transporting hotel guests to/from assigned destinations safely, efficiently, and courteously. You'll adhere to all local and state driving laws and ensure the safety and security of passengers and the vehicle. Suncadia is a premier all-season resort tucked away in the Cascade mountains. Some benefits may vary based on job status. Responsibilities Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests regardless of the time of day. Be familiar with all hotel services, features, and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to inquiries. Inspect the vehicle for damage and document required repairs. Inspect the vehicle for operating condition and rectify any deficiencies (e.g., tire pressure, oil/fuel/water levels). Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out. Communicate vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate leaders. Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings. Drive the vehicle to transport guests/visitors to and from designated destinations. Communicate any delays, problems, or passenger needs with the hotel by radio, using proper codes. Load and unload passengers’ luggage into and out of the vehicle. Document all trips accurately before the start and at the conclusion of each trip. Qualifications Availability to work a varied schedule of evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license. Excellent driving record as detailed by insurance company requirements.
