Mandatory:
Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology implementations
Minimum 3 years supporting ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow enhancements
Requirements management experience
Stakeholder workshop facilitation experience
Business process documentation experience
UAT and solution validation experience

Preferred :
Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules
ITSM experience
CMDB experience
ITOM experience
Employee Center experience
Case Management experience
Organizational Change Management experience
Government sector experience

Preferred Certifications :
CBAP
PMI-PBA
ServiceNow Certifications
ITIL Foundation
