Operations Manager – EverLine Coatings & Services (San Jose) Location San Jose, CA Company Overview EverLine Coatings and Services is a rapidly growing pavement maintenance company serving commercial properties across the South Bay. We specialize in line striping, asphalt maintenance, power washing, and specialty coatings. Our mission is to eliminate uncertainty in property maintenance through quality, communication, and reliability. Position Summary We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead and execute field operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is responsible for building trust with customers through consistent communication, reliability, and high‑quality execution. Key Responsibilities Field Operations: Execute striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and related services Operate and maintain equipment Project Execution: Plan schedules and manage resources Ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope Team Leadership: Train and supervise crew members Maintain accountability and productivity Communication: Provide daily updates Coordinate with customers Safety: Maintain safe job sites Complete incident reports Estimating (Growth Responsibility): Assist in site measurements and estimates Learn pricing and job costing Gradually take ownership of estimating Qualifications Possess a California driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation Self‑motivated and a proficient problem solver with keen attention to detail Understand the critical nature of punctuality, organization, and customer satisfaction Capable of physically demanding work, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to over 100 lbs) Ability to work independently without direct supervision Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is beneficial High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree, trade school in asphalt/construction management or equivalent field experience preferred Working knowledge (2‑5 years) with hands‑on heavy asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack‑filling, or line striping Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development What We Offer Competitive wages and a flexible work schedule A dynamic and enjoyable work environment with a strong team Opportunities for training and growth within the company Other benefits as defined from time to time #J-18808-Ljbffr
