Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown

Registered Nurse Progressive Care Unit

Schedule: 36 hours/week, Nights, every other/third weekend required.

Assignment Details: Floating within the organization may be required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Valid RN license required at the time of submission.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV/PICC/central line management, and wound care is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics in a stepdown unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct wound care, including burn dressings and VAC management.

Compliance / Notes: Strict compliance deadline is the Tuesday prior to the start date. Candidates must complete necessary background checks and fingerprinting immediately after booking.
