You’ll keep things running smoothly, while bringing positive energy to every interaction.Greet Guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude while ensuring timely seatingBus tables, deliver food to guests, follow FIFO guidelines, and complete other daily tasksRespond to customer complaints/concerns and know when to get a manager involvedMake genuine connections/engage our guests so they have a personalized experienceTake payments/handle cash drawer and process credit card transactionsApply menu knowledge to suggest menu items, drinks, and promotionsCorrectly enter takeout orders into Point Of Sale systemBag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracyMaintain clean and orderly cashier area and practice proper safety and sanitation at all timesThank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service they experiencedHelp create a fun, welcoming experience for every GuestThe duties of this position may change from time to time.
