Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Manhattan, NY (10016) . Measure, monitor, and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or eClinicalWorks. Support licensed nursing staff with patient observation, rounding, and routine clinical tasks while adhering to HIPAA and facility protocols. Provide compassionate care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, behavioral health needs, or post‑acute rehabilitation requirements. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care.li> Maintain infection control standards, including aseptic techniques during wound care, catheter care, and isolation procedures.
