Join Virginia's largest full-scope midwifery group! Our practice is seeking to add a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled Physician Assistant to our practice located in central Virginia. The CMG Women's Center is a highly successful hospital-owned practice that employs Certified Nurse-Midwives and Nurse Practitioners, serving a diverse population. Services include comprehensive healthcare across the lifespan, including antepartum through postpartum care, as well as gynecologic services such as reproductive and wellness care for women and non-binary individuals.

Procedures may include IUD/Nexplanon insertion or removal, diaphragm fittings, bunch biopsy, and Saline-Infused Sonograms. CMG Women's Center is committed to diversity and inclusion and strongly encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.

Responsibilities

Centra Medical Group (CMG) is a network of nearly 600 employed providers serving a community of over 600,000 across Central and Southern Virginia. What You'll Do:

• Routine physical/annual well woman exams
• Birth control consult and placements
• Cycle management/issues
• STI testing
• Initial infertility work-up
• Management of perimenopause and menopause

Qualifications

Required Education: Masters Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant School Required Certifications and Licensures: Current licensure by the State of Virginia as a Physician Assistant ACLS
