Journeyman HVAC Technician

Overview Job Title: Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician Location: Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati, OH Position Summary: Foxx Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with 5+ years in the field to support a high-profile project at the Great American Ball Park. The ideal candidate has a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, and ductwork. Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance. Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report to management. Follow all safety standards, company policies, and local/state codes. Collaborate with project managers, other trades, and team members to ensure project timelines are met. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience. Expertise in HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration. Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Valid HVAC license or certification preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the Great American Ball Park job site. Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. Work in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions. Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr d.e.
